Kundalini Yoga for the Root Chakra
This class will help you feel more grounded and mentally calm, as well as increasing the flow of energy from the root chakra (muladhara) through the spine and right up to the head. It will also help strengthen your pelvic floor, core and back muscles.

thank you for another great class! I have loved every single one of your Kundalini series and wish there were more. its perfect to introduce someone to yoga. I even did your beginners yoga with my soon to be 75 year old mother, she loved it too.
