Thank you so much Dawn for teaching! I found this video, about a month and a half ago and decided to try it having never heard of Kundalini Yoga. It changed my life! I started doing it every day while reading everything I could about kundalini yoga. I am now on my 19th day of a 40 day meditation and practicing kundalini yoga 2 hours a day and I have finally stopped smoking after 17 years of trying!
