Thank you for this great class, Dawn! I've enjoyed Kundalini yoga in the past but haven't been able to find a class in my area so I was happy to find this on DYWM...and even happier that it was so nice. Great explanations and cues, beautiful voice and presence.

I enjoyed it a lot to set for a change my focus more on my inside and less to my outside movement. It was a very calming down session with a lot of good adviced for meditation. Thanks so much!!
