I almost skipped this because I thought I needed something with a little more oomph today. However, I am a stickler for “the plan” as it is written- so I did it and I am very glad I did. There was a meditative property to the first half that helped me settle in and down.
Good class for true beginners, someone who is maybe taking their first ever vinyasa class, but a bit bummed to see in the middle of the intermediate challenge.
