Hatha Yoga for Beginners: Foundation
Melissa helps you understand the concept of foundation in this hatha yoga beginner's class, by connecting you with your breath and moving through a flow that includes warrior poses, balancing poses and postures on the floor, such as bridge. It's a nice, slow pace with gentle, encouraging guidance.

I love revisiting this class after attending power yoga classes several days in a row. My body needs a break and some slower, more deliberate movement. It's also a great class to do to get reminders about important alignment and pose tips! :)
I haven't been practising as often recently and was getting frustrated that I was struggling with things I used to be able to do. This video was a lovely reintroduction to get back to basics and remember what I am capable of. Thank you!
Half hour well spent and learned a few tips on alignment as well.
