I absolutely love this class! The pace is just right and my whole body feels strengthened and stretched in all the right ways afterwards. I love ALL of Melissa's classes :)

Just what I needed after a day of digging/hoeing (trail maintenance). Gentle pace, soothing instructions, just enough movement to stretch me out. Great for restoring me
mentally and physically. Thank you. I'm bookmarking this one.

After two weeks with no yoga, I got a good reminder of what yoga does for me with this class. The teacher's confident and kind voice gave clear instructions. Music was good too.

This is a lovely true beginners class. A gentle pace and clear instructions about posture and how to achieve it were so helpful. Frequent reminders to return focus to breathing helped. For several months I've just been doing a mix of internet beginners classes with a group of people from work. I'm ready now to get some good solid instruction and to make a focused effort on developing correct alignment and technique. Some time spent with this class will be a step in the right direction.

Great class that is actually beginner level - simple and slow. A good class for those getting back into exercise or just learning the foundations of yoga, or keen for something easy to access

Perfect for Late Evening

I had a particularly stressful day, and needed something in the late evening that was calming but wasn't quite bedtime yoga. This practice (and the music that went along with it) was exactly what I needed.
