Although I've been a member for a few months, only now can I afford to be a monthly donor to this wonderful site. I am so glad as it's given me the chance to experience this soothing and calming class that's a great reminder of how amazing yoga can be even at a basic level....focussed, great timing with no rush from one pose to the next, and so relaxing.
