Melissa helps you understand the concept of foundation in this hatha yoga beginner's class, by connecting you with your breath and moving through a flow that includes warrior poses, balancing poses and postures on the floor, such as bridge. It's a nice, slow pace with gentle, encouraging guidance.

I come back to this class regularly, especially on days when I have previously done a challenging class the day before. This one is just the right mix of foundation poses and a great pace.
