This challenging beginner hatha yoga class is packed from start to finish. Anastasia leads you through a series of poses that prepare your body for halfmoon pose (ardha chandrasana), such as triangle pose (trikonasana), revolved triangle (parivrtta trikonasana), pigeon pose (kapotasana), a sequence of delicious reclined leg stretches and some core work. This full-length class will leave you feeling good from head to toe.

Really lovely, gentle and opening practice. Perfect for a day when my energy is a bit low - relaxing and calming. Loved the entry into Sugarcane posture! Felt so stable. Thank you!

Just what I needed for today -- something slow and stretchy, but with enough strength poses to get me warmed up on a cool day. Absolutely wonderful, deep class.

Loved this smooth yet strong class with Anastasia!
Incl. new ways of getting into pigeon and bound half moon - really worked for me.
And with your calm presence and way of meeting us you also brought the spirit of Cordova Bay (?) Beach right here.

I really wasn't feeling it this morning and was looking for a gentle class but I stumbled on this and ... wow !! I'm so glad I found it, Challenging, powerful yet achievable One of my favourites for sure. Thank you Anastasia

This class offers so much to any level practitioner. I feel like any knot I had prior to class is completely untied. Anastasia takes you to the point of challenge with absolutely no fear. Thank you.

Almost opted for a gentler class this morning. So glad I didn't. Really enjoyed tis class.
