I did this class as part of the 22 day challenge and was surprised to find that it was fun and accessible to me as an Intermediate I student. I was nervous trying a Intermediate III for the first time but very glad I did it. This was my first class with Crista and loved the encouragement and options she gave.

I just love Crista's gentleness and good humor as an instructor. This is labeled as Intermediate III but an Intermediate I/II like me could easily participate safely. It was challenging lowering so slowly from plank, and I've never done forearm wheel before.
