Even though I have been practicing yoga for some time, I am almost 70 and have osteoporosis and wanted to make sure I am moving, transitioning and stretching correctly so I do not injure myself. As always, David's instruction is clear and thorough and I did learn a few news things to focus on. Excited about this challenge! Thank you David!
