Gentle way to start (or start back!) your practice. This felt really good after a couple of weeks of holiday indulgences. I'm at a point in my life where I don't want to punish my body for these indulgences, but I do want to maintain movement, flexibility, strength and balance. Thanks, David, for making my return to practice feel good and for reminding me of some essentials for safety.
