Thanks for the pace and information, of the first class. I’m recovering from knee replacement (both), so I use additional supports when seated on the floor, but David’s eplanantion on how to get up made that step so much easier.
Good for absolute beginners. I look forward to the progression over the 30 day challenge.
I joined the senior beginner's challenge. At first I thought it may be a little too easy as I have been doing yoga for a while. I then decided it may be good for me to keep at this beginner level as there may be lots I don't know!
