A nice, calm class. I did this with my high school students at midday and the really appreciated the break from their hectic Schedule. A good way to escape the stress of the workday.

This was a good re-focus class as we are half way through the challenge. It is good to stretch and do different levels and provide our body time to recover.

Great sequence for the middle of the day at work to move yourself out of routine movements/postures. However as with yesterday's class I don't feel like it really belongs in the intermediate yoga challenge!
