Fundamentals of Practice Day 7
In this class, Rachel guides you through a fluid flow that integrates many of the fundamentals of yoga -- breathwork, core engagement, grounding, shoulder stability, alignment -- and leads you seamlessly towards the peak pose: dancer. This practice can be done as a stand-alone or as the conclusion to Rachel's 7-Day Fundamentals of Practice Yoga Challenge.

I also revisited this class after quite some time; it's a great class and Rachel gives such good instruction.
Came back to this one after a year or more. It's such a great whole body practise and Rachel's soothing voice is one of the best guide's to lower your nervous system if you're running high.
