In this class, Rachel guides you through a fluid flow that integrates many of the fundamentals of yoga -- breathwork, core engagement, grounding, shoulder stability, alignment -- and leads you seamlessly towards the peak pose: dancer. This practice can be done as a stand-alone or as the conclusion to Rachel's 7-Day Fundamentals of Practice Yoga Challenge.

This class ties the series together fabulously. I am on a mission to let the world know Rachel and Do Yoga With Me. I have taken a number of workshops and presential classes that focused on fundamentals and foundation, but this series and Rachel's explanations are at the very top of the learning experience list.
