In this class, Rachel guides you through a fluid flow that integrates many of the fundamentals of yoga -- breathwork, core engagement, grounding, shoulder stability, alignment -- and leads you seamlessly towards the peak pose: dancer. This practice can be done as a stand-alone or as the conclusion to Rachel's 7-Day Fundamentals of Practice Yoga Challenge.

Thank you Rachel, I had totally forgotten my days of doing yoga after having birthed and raised 2 boys. The oldest is now 14 and it's time to look after myself again. I feel like I've rediscovered the body memory of the stretches and how good it feels! I was challenged by some of it but my interest is rekindled and hopefully I'll regain my strength and flexibility. With so much appreciation, Namaste.

This series of classes really brought back the flexibility in my yoga. Had fun learning the techniques and could see the difference between the first day and the last day. Thanks for this series!!
