Thank you! I love slow flows too!
All good except trying to come halfway up with my hands on the floor after forward fold. I need to bend my knees almost 90 degrees just to get my fingertips to the floor. To straighten my legs a little and bring my back horizontal, I need to move my hands up to my knees.
