All good except trying to come halfway up with my hands on the floor after forward fold. I need to bend my knees almost 90 degrees just to get my fingertips to the floor. To straighten my legs a little and bring my back horizontal, I need to move my hands up to my knees.

Fair point. I’ve got pretty extreme hip flexibility, so while it might look easy in my body I know that it’s not possible for lots of folks to get their hands to the floor without bending their knees. You’re doing exactly the right thing by bringing your hands higher on your legs in the 1/2 way lift pose. Keep doing what works for you!

I use to bring my hands to my thighs when coming up to half fold too and then my hands were placed lower on my legs and then eventually finger tips to the floor - you will get there.
