Floating Triangle
We will do a full practice to warm up into a really fun sequence called the Floating Triangle Sequence. In this peak sequence, we will be using a lot of core and hip strength to move through poses where we are only supported on one leg. This will be a strong class, so modifications will be provided. Note: 2 blocks are recommended for this practice.

What a fun class! The floating triangle sequence was a good challenge. Definitely showed me where and what I need to work on. I'm looking forward to doing this again and track my progress.
