Challenge yourself and build strength, in this energizing and fun class. With a focus on arm strength and arm balances, work your way mindfully into Fallen Angel or Devaduuta Panna Asana. This pose is a variation on revolved crow that is a fun and graceful pose to play with.

This was a nice practice and I got to wake up the muscles I need to move towards the "fallen angel" pose. I did giggle at the 'it's not very hard...' I hope to be able to say that for myself one day, and until then I'll come back to this practice to get a little closer. :)
I loved this. However, I got a shooting pain in my left hip when trying side crow on the left side. Would love any tips to ease that tightness!
I love the gleam in Jonni-Lyn's eye and the way she cues "Other Side" after the first attempt at Fallen Angel. It's perfect!
In spite of not being anywhere near ready for Fallen Angel, I still found this to be a lovely, deliberate, and calming practice.
