This was a nice practice and I got to wake up the muscles I need to move towards the "fallen angel" pose. I did giggle at the 'it's not very hard...' I hope to be able to say that for myself one day, and until then I'll come back to this practice to get a little closer. :)

I loved this. However, I got a shooting pain in my left hip when trying side crow on the left side. Would love any tips to ease that tightness!
