Challenge yourself and build strength, in this energizing and fun class. With a focus on arm strength and arm balances, work your way mindfully into Fallen Angel or Devaduuta Panna Asana. This pose is a variation on revolved crow that is a fun and graceful pose to play with.

I was a little nervous about this class based on the preview photo and level, but no need! While I did not get into fallen angel, Jonni-Lyn made is seem very accessible. I loved the cues given during the class, especially around the shoulder girdle. Thank you, Jonni-Lynn, for the calm positive energy and a thoughtful sequence!
Although I am not quite there for side crow/fallen angel, I was able to find ways to fit this class on to my body today. Thank you.

A fine class for intermediate I but for III I'm looking for a class that will challenge my nervous system to stay calm during prolonged strenuous activity, at the very least break a sweat. I tried to modify to make it more difficult but still couldn't find the practice I was looking for.
