Drishti Flow
Shivani leads this fun, all-levels class using the concept of Drishti - mental focus or eye gazing. How and where we choose to focus our attention can have a significant effect on our ability to feel steady, calm and confident. Throughout the class, Shivani brings you back to Drishti to help encourage this steadiness. You will be surprised what you can do when your mind is calm and quiet.

My body feels so good a happy! Thank you for this amazing class Shivani. You are a great teacher. Your instruction is wonderful and I really like all the options you give in various poses. The eye focusing was very helpful. I am so grateful for "Do Yoga With Me" providing such great FREE online yoga with great instructors.
I absolutely love Shivani's style. Her classes have such a nice flow and you get to truly experience each pose.
The experience of incorporating a deeper breathing and inner focus to the practice is new to me and I absolutely love it.
