Thank you so much - this is just what the doctor ordered to recover strength and focus after illness. All those folds are amazing for runners' hamstrings! Also extra thanks to the yogini in the purple tights - it's inspiring to see someone with such strength and grace who isn't stick-thin.

At first I was struggling and I didn't know if focusing my gaze was going to be either beneficial or challenging...so I was doing it a little bit reluctantly but I'm surprised how calm I feel afterwards.
It was really powerful and it has made me re-think how I have been doing my poses before. I had never lasted that long in crow pose.
