Vey good workout. Love the cueing. After a week of desk work, I was stiff. This really helped lenghten & stretch me back out.
Quite challenging but your encouragement got me through the difficult parts :) This was a great flow for me as I've had injuries from running because of my tight calves. Nice to give them a real stretch and release. Thank you, Tracey!
