I'm a person who has suffered for years from issues with repetitive motion disorders and migraines. I found this to be just what I needed to release the tension in my neck, shoulders, and back. Since these are the places I hold my stress and I have a severely stressful life I will certainly enjoy using this. Plus now my hands and arms are limber enough to handle the extreme knitting i have to do today. Thanks for the great work out and relaxation.
