I am a gardener and a recreational golfer who plays several times a week and when I'm not I'm in my garden I'm helping someone else with theirs. My calves, hamstrings, glutes and hips have been SO tight for the last week. This was a terrific yoga practice, I feel pain free and loose right now (something difficult for me to achieve) I am going to try and do this practice once a week and a shorter practice in between that focus' on these groups of muscles.
