After years of cycling my left hip and thigh had become soooo tight. I've been doing yoga for about a year and have tried all kinds of stretches with limited improvement. During this class I actually feel my hip releasing. I've repeated it several times and it keeps feeling better and better. Thank you, thank you, thank you.....Namaste
Really great... very calming and relaxing practice but at the same time some very intense stretches, at least if you're as tight in the hips as I am! Thanks :)
