I love this class, nice short time frame but a lot of core work. Josh sounds so sweet and encouraging but he makes me work and work. Josh's cuing and instructions are so good I never need to look at my screen, allowing me to focus on getting my body parts into the correct position longer. My core thank you Josh.
Short and sweet. Provided a workout, without straining. Clear options for different bodies.
