Fun! The last exercise with the block was a fun challenge but my neck always feels strained in that kind of core work where the head and shoulders are lifted off the floor. Would love some advice on how to manage that.

Wow! Fantastic core workout. I found the workout to be different and challenging, and fun. I am always aware of my positioning because I have had lower back problems. (Yoga has made all the difference for my back.) Josh gave well instructed and easier options, and I took them to be on the safe side since it was my first time doing this practice. I feel great!
