I would consider myself an intermediate student, so I chose this class as a challenge, and it certainly was. Loved the instruction and the whole body workout. There were a few poses that were too advanced for me, but as always, additional options/modifications were provided.
I've been doing yoga for several years but only recently have been really focused on my practice. Considering myself an intermediate yogi, I admit I was scared by the 'advanced' label - but no more! This class was wonderful and I have such a sense of accomplishment for finishing it.
Just remember to always engage your core through every exercise, even when Fiji doesn't explicitly say so, to protect the lower back through the challenging asanas.

I tend to avoid core workouts but after doing this intense super challenging core strengthening class, I think I will do this class 1-2x a week alternating with your other classes and me own personal practice. I need this :)
Question: how come Fiji doesn't sweat at all! I was dripping and hot all over! Fiji looked calm although out. Amazes me!!!! :)
