My only regret is that I did not try this practice sooner. It is definitely challenging, but not in an overwhelming way. My mind and body were working hard and stimulated, building heat but never to the point of losing my focus or becoming tense/anxious. I felt that Fiji built a flow that truly eased me into each pose. The time to really focus on and tune up alignment in warrior was wonderful. I will certainly be coming back to this practice, and most likely adding it to my home library as well. Thank you!

Just finished this class and the description is right on - it worked my entire body! I feel energized and strong :) Fiji is a wonderful teacher - I really enjoyed the challenge and look forward to doing this class again ..
