This was a fantastic class that really challenged me! It is the fastest pace and the most strength-focused yoga class I have done. I would say that it is advanced based on speed and the strength challenges. Abs, shoulders and triceps felt it the most.
Great cues and flow!

I am an advanced beginner/intermediate yogi and this practice was challenging but inspiring. I almost did some of the advanced poses which makes me want to try this again. Great core workout.

This is the second time I tried Fiji's advanced class and I still can't do few poses. I need to keep coming back to this. I enjoyed the flow and feel great after completing. Thank you Fiji

I would consider myself an advanced beginner, if not just a beginner, but I found this video to be absolutely perfect. There were a few poses I couldn't do, which Fiji provided alternatives for. Other than that, it was just challenging enough to keep me on my toes. I loved the meditation/mental part of it as well!
