For the first class in this 5-class series, David helps you loosen your body and connect to sensation using pranayama, meditation and asana. He helps you give attention to your whole body while encouraging you to practice mindfully.

Thank you David. I love all your classes. After a hiatus of quite a few years it's great being back in the yoga flow. I've never quite liked the Sun Salutation, but your explanation and slow step-by-step guidance helps me to start appreciating it!
