We have been doing this practice at about once a week in our rotation for several years. We find it to be excellent! Though we have found others we like, none as much as this one. We would like recommendations for others of similar style, length and difficulty.

Thanks for the great feedback! It's difficult to know what you like specifically about this class, but I can recommend that you try Melissa or Sarah's classes. They both have a very similar style to mine, and particularly to this class.

Thank you, David This is a very well-rounded class, a good workout. I loved specially the insistence on working shoulders and arms without straining them.

I learn or relearn something new every time I come back to this class. This time it was the reminder to keep the arch of the back foot lifted in warrior pose and its variations, and also the way David bends his knees before stepping forward or back with one foot, which gives a little bounce that adds grace to the movement. Thank you.
