Thank you, David This is a very well-rounded class, a good workout. I loved specially the insistence on working shoulders and arms without straining them.
I learn or relearn something new every time I come back to this class. This time it was the reminder to keep the arch of the back foot lifted in warrior pose and its variations, and also the way David bends his knees before stepping forward or back with one foot, which gives a little bounce that adds grace to the movement. Thank you.
All the sun salutes start with the left leg. Is that right?
