If you are a beginner and would like a class that is more challenging, this one is perfect for you. This Hatha yoga class takes you through a series of challenging stretches and poses, safely and gradually.

Tried this class again recently and it worked fine. Not sure why i had such troubles the last time. Sorry took so long to respond. Took me four months to do my beginer progressing to intermediate program. Decided to do whole program again to get stronger. Thank you. Just love your site and classes.

Looking forward to practicing this on my own with the intention written at the end of this practice and mindfully returning to this intention every time i lift my hands to my heart in Anjali Mudra throughout the practice. Lov ed the flute and drums at the end of the practice. Thank you David.

I live in rural Australia and don't have good access to internet. I buy the classes that I really like so that I can do them anytime. For some reason this video (and a couple of others that I've encountered) don't seem to have an option to purchase and download. Can anybody help??

Unfortunately, not all of the videos on DYWM have a downloadable option. Another video that I really like, Sun Salutes with Binding Twists, is also not available.

After doing this "Level II" class I think I might be closer to an intermediate student that I originally thought. This was a good class, a good total-body practice, with slow flows and uncomplicated moves. But it still shows lunges with one knee firmly planted on the floor (I opted to raise my knee). Eagle pose is probably the most challenging pose in the class. If you are a true beginner, this might be a challenge. If not, it's still a good stretch, a notch past gentle.

Great simple yet semi-challenging flow, and I love the shoulder work at the end. David guides the best savasanas, he gets me to such a wonderful place of relaxation that I have such a hard time achieving on my own!

I'm getting back to yoga after a break. My body is not a supple as it once was. I'm not a beginner but I sure am rusty. This is a good class to get my muscles moving, my mind clear. Thank you David! I enjoy all your classes and meditations.
