It has taken me nearly 3 months of daily work to get to the point where I felt strong enough to attempt this class, and it was an amazing experience now that I have done it. I have learned so much from you, ever since I first found that video of yoga for anxiety and depression which you made, and which I have gone through during tough times. Today, I feel a wonderful sense of accomplishment and I just wanted to say... thank you. The relaxation at the end of this class, in particular, was beautiful. You have such a gentle, calming voice. This class is amazing.

We have been doing this practice at about once a week in our rotation for several years. We find it to be excellent! Though we have found others we like, none as much as this one. We would like recommendations for others of similar style, length and difficulty.
For different reasons I've been away from yoga for a couple of months. This class was perfect as a way back in. Slow pace and David's reassuring voice helped in waking up the body. Thank you!
