I enjoyed the slow pace and clear instructions David was giving. I felt really relaxed with the deep stretches!!!!

Even though I now have a standup desk for working on the computer, I still find that my shoulders are hunching up and get tense. This is great for sorting them out. Namaste from the UK.

I've been sick with a cold for some time and this class was the perfect recovery comeback for me. Nice, clear and deep.

We really enjoyed this practice and we will do it again. We found the background distracting and we would prefer softer, natural sounds.
