This gentle beginner yoga class is great for those starting out. Relaxing and just challenging enough for a novice, Nicky makes it easy to follow. Nicky is known as our 'giggling yogi'... you'll see what we mean when you take the class. Note: this class begins with a guided meditation that has you lying still for about 15 minutes.

Yes, I see exactly what you mean by the "giggling yogi". How entertaining!!! Although I'm no stranger to yoga, I haven't done it in quite some time. As a result, I've lost a LOT of flexibility. Nikki's class was fun, challenging, and extremely well-paced for a beginner returning to yoga...like myself. She teaches with such gentleness and positive energy. A class with her is a great way to wake up those muscles and start the day.

Thanks Nicky! I am just starting with yoga, so I really enjoy the importance you give the first 20 minutes of the workout. For us beginners, its hard to really clear our minds and dedicate ourselves to just breathing.. but you make it a lot easier. Plus you make us giggle when you do hehe :)
