Burnout to Bliss
This gentle beginner yoga class is great for those starting out. Relaxing and just challenging enough for a novice, Nicky makes it easy to follow. Nicky is known as our 'giggling yogi'... you'll see what we mean when you take the class. Note: this class begins with a guided meditation that has you lying still for about 15 minutes.

I've done this class every day for a week, sometimes pairing it with other classes. Nicky's voice calms you down to complete relaxation, and her fluidity stops any awkward transitions from pose to pose. She will challenge your body subtly and completely.
This is my favorite class on the site, and I created my profile solely so that I could write this comment. I really hope that she records more videos.
I also hope she travels to Michigan sometime as a guest instructor!

p.s. contrary to my expectations, my muscles were quite sore the next day or two ! I hardly noticed the difficulty while doing the exercises.
