This ashtanga yoga class with Jeff is a slower flow with more attention to poses that are therapeutic and nourishing. It's a great class if you are new to ashtanga yoga or you are looking for a more gentle vinyasa yoga class.

Thank you - really nice short sequence to get me moving after heading back into practice and really sore from a few days in !

Thank you. Perfect practice for when your desire or ability for gymnastics feats have taken leave.

Thank you, Jeff. I had a near death experience / emergency about 2-2.5 weeks ago. I am still recovering and needed my "yoga" fix.
I felt this would be a good, therapeutic practice. It was. Short but gave my body some much needed, gentle movement.

Jeff is an excellent teacher/guide for practices.

A gentle re-introduction to movement was exactly what I needed today; thank you for knowing and providing. (I'll seek more lessons from Jeff, for sure).
