Our mat is a place to practice arrival; in the moment, in our body and in our spirit. This slow flow with Fiji will flood our being with sensation and breath to invite our mind to arrive again and again.
This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 3 of Cultivate Your Inner Teacher 14-Day Intermediate Yoga Challenge.

I've returned to this practice again and again. It's great when I've had my regular practice interrupted by life, or when I need something short and sweet to recenter and return to myself. There's a lot going on in this quick practice and it's so yummy! Fiji is the perfect guide to arrive again wherever I need to be. Namaste :)

class is wonderful, but for some reason every class on this website is always too quick)
every time i feel i need some more time in each of the poses, it's hard to concentrate when you switch them all the time

Yaknow. Probably my ego but whenever I choose my daily practice I always go to at least an Intermediate II class. Well I am now 72 and doing a class everyday lately has been a bit much. So today after 5 classes I decided to try this Intermediate I. Ahhh. It felt good. And odd but I can't remember the last time I did pigeon pose. In all the II classes. So thanks for this class and I will start to mix in I classes in every week from now on. Namaste.

Perfect - thank you Fiji. Having been injured for 4 weeks with torn ankle ligaments this was a lovely return to the mat class. Slow, flowing & thoughtful. I could adjust to take account of the ankle but it felt great to move again.

2/23/21. Lovely short practice - familiar movements flowing together. Felt comforting and nourishing. I could see myself doing this one twice in a row for a longer, feel-good practice. No forcing, no strain. Thanks!

I mostly do beginner-level classes as I'm deathly out of shape but lately I've been wanting to try something different. Surprisingly, I was able to keep up pace - mostly - and felt very invigorated by the end. Thank you!

Thank you Fiji for this wonderful slow flow class. I appreciate slow flow because it gives me the opportunity to really delve into my positioning and be present in the moment. Some of your other slow flows are my “go to” classes. I have been doing Do Yoga With Me classes for about 10 years now, and they have given me strength, support, peace, and have virtually eliminated my lower back problems.
