I mostly do beginner-level classes as I'm deathly out of shape but lately I've been wanting to try something different. Surprisingly, I was able to keep up pace - mostly - and felt very invigorated by the end. Thank you!

Such a beautiful class. You have been my teacher for the las 8 years, through joy and sorrow, pain and strength. Your classes have always been my hiding place full of of peace, comfort, growth and strength. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Fiji. Namaste

Excellent class with a playlist curated perfectly! I love the cue to move with precision rather than momentum. Gets me to focus on core.

Lovely flow. This was the perfect practice to end my work week and transition into being home. And the playlist is such a good idea - really helps with focus and breathing. Thank you!

Not only is this a great class as always, I'm also absolutely *loving* these playlists during this new challenge. I very much hope this trend continues!
