Yoga for Anxiety: Building Strength and Resiliency
Adding strength training to your routine can be an amazing way to build up physical and emotional strength. In this unconventional yoga class, we’ll be weaving strength work throughout our practice. Get ready to feel strong and capable! Note: You will need one pair of medium to heavy weights for this practice.
This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 2 of Strength & Support for Mental Wellness Program.

Retired 6 years ago and have needed to stay with the beginning to early intermediate classes. Have been feeling a bit disappointed that my strength has been slow in developing. This is the perfect anecdote...happy, grateful, more please.

Yes please for more like this! I'm recovering from an injury and have a hard time finding the motivation to do the strength exercises my OT gave me. This was a great way to integrate them into my yoga practice which I'm much better at getting around to. Thank you Melissa!
