Yoga for Anxiety: Building Strength and Resiliency
Adding strength training to your routine can be an amazing way to build up physical and emotional strength. In this unconventional yoga class, we’ll be weaving strength work throughout our practice. Get ready to feel strong and capable! Note: You will need one pair of medium to heavy weights for this practice.
This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 2 of Strength & Support for Mental Wellness Program.

Excellent class. There are times when the anxiety is moving into the threshold of “panic,” when the heart palpitations are not warranted. The aerobic nature of the activities in this class allow the body to catch up to the heart rate, which seems to synchronize the head, the heart, and the rest of the body.
