Thank you, Tracey! Love the intention and focus you’ve provided in this dedicated practice for the nourishment of our hearts to find self-love. The slower flow was perfect —I stayed connected to breath and pose and welcomed that space of lightness you offered. I will return to this often. Namaste!

I chose this class to accompany me on New Years morning. What a great choice! I forgot how beautiful and timely this class is. Thank you, Tracey, for continually opening our hearts and urging us onward toward our best selves!! Love ya! (Is there anyway that this class can be made available for download??!!)

Thank you Tracy for another beautiful practice. Perfect for election day here in the US...heart-opening, expansive, letting go and surrendering. I loved envisioning light shining from my heart and cascading over Earth, and all,
while doing Camel pose! Sending love and light to all from Vermont, US! May we all know peace, love, unity and joy.

A generous and heartfelt class, filled with grace and graceful movement. A slow, deliberate pace and a concentration on heart-opening. I felt so in tune with the movement, as if I were dancing through every posture. Thank you Tracey.

I finally got the chance (and time) to practice with you, Tracy, from start to finish. Whew! That was good. Challenging in some spots, like my lower back and thighs, but good. Thank you!

This class was fun to explore through grounding and then opening my heart and throat in ways I wouldn’t have explored in my solo practice. A lot of fun little twists and tweaks that offered up a challenge and pushed me gently. Tracy offered sanity, strength and helped me surrender (and appreciate) my ego through centering and soaring. Much love and gratitude.

I love the comment about releasing that which does not serve our higher purpose. This practice was a fantastic reminder of that concept for me as we move into the dark half of the year. Thanks Tracey and DYWM for another moving and comforting practice.

I’m in north FL, too! Practicing on my beautiful yoga screen porch, looking over the Chipola River. Tracey, your classes always put me back in touch with the yogini who is always resident in me. You bring me back to my center. Your classes gently challenge me, but you introduce challenge in such an accessible way. I truly appreciate you as a teacher. I hope to one day practice with you face to face!

This is truly wonderful. I felt so many spaces in my body opening during this practice in deep ways that felt new and fresh, especially in the heart and throat chakras. Tracey's classes are so beautiful always, and I appreciated that this practice felt very timely with all the things going on in the world right now. Very therapeutic after being cooped up inside for over a week with all the smoke pollution in the Pacific Northwest, as Tracey spoke to at the beginning. Thank you DYWM for these awesome livestream practices! Even if I don't catch them in real time, they are still a treat. Namaste.

I just did this practice outside as night fell in North Florida. I already feel more connected to my intuition, just from having chosen this practice without reading the description and the pacing of completing it right as it got too dark to see. (It's also my first outside practice of the season.) I've been struggling with the strange, fast way time has been passing the last 6 months, but this practice on the eve of the equinox feels like a tool to recalibrate. I'm feeling grounded, aligned, and connected. Thank you Tracey!

Wow, I'm so glad I just read this! Thank you for sharing, as it sums up feelings for so many of us right now. The past 6 months have been a little bit of a time warp for many and I personally am grateful that yoga helps keep us all grounded when we roll out our mat. I'm grateful that it was such good timing for you, and I hope you stay grounded, aligned and connected. Peace and Love

One of my new favorites on the site! This was a gorgeous practice and exactly the reminder I need to nourish my self
and send love out to others. The transitions were seamless, and other than the introduction, I forgot I was watching
a class that was recorded livestream.

It is always such a pleasure to practice with you Tracey... my go to Vancouver yogini teacher! Love your sequencing and nourishment for the entire body. The heart hug was perfect for today. I dedicated my practice to strong women, past and present. My mother would have been 101 years old and the US has lost the bright light of RBG. Your words of connecting intuition, originality, wisdom and resourcefulness into the practice and to be mindful of of it going forward is so valuable. I am grateful.

A beautiful dedication, and thank you for sharing it. I also felt the loss of the beautiful bright Ruth Bader Ginsburg, may she rest in power after protecting rights for all. Our intuition, originality, wisdom and resourcefulness will carry us together! Shine your light and spread your peace and happy we shared our practice together today. Namaste
