Dear Fiji, thank you for an amazing challenge! Today, I feel like I grew up few inches taller, I came out of my skin and I flew very high in the end! Thank you for your impeccable professionalism!!! And thanks to David to help all this happen!!! I am a biggest fan of you guys!

This might be my favorite class so far--challenging but offering some new variations of poses to work toward. I will keep revisiting this class to try to increase flexibility in my spine, particularly in twists.

Oh my Glory Figi, I didn't realize that there was a new class of yours everyday for the 14 day challenge, so I have been randomly picking from your existing classes for the last seven days. Wow, this is like Christmas with zero stress and all the goodness!
I love the constant reminder to breath and all the small details your provide that . I also love the variety of your stretches and your voice and the way you convey each and every move, it's so comforting and challenging at the same time.

In this class I was working the edge of my limits more than in the prior 7 classes, it's exciting to experience expanding possibilities thanks to Fiji's inspirational guidance.

For me, today's class is probably the most difficult but the most fun in all the videos so far! I have discovered lots of freedom and space with my body, challenged myself, as well as surprised myself. The first moments of discovering space and possibility are always magical. Thank you so much, Fiji!

My body is more ready to do more difficult variations of some of these poses. And my mind is also more ready. :)

Feel like I'm floating! Thank you for this 14 day challenge. It has allowed me to appreciate subtle changes in my body and improved my practice so much in just 8 days!

One of the things I love most about yoga is that it's about the journey. This class had some more complex postures that I couldn't quite do all the way but, that's OK. I tried (with a smile on my face) and that's what's important. Being brave enough to try. My 18 yo daughter walked through the room and saw me all twisted up and got a good chuckle! Fiji: this challenge has got me feeling so strong! Thank you.
