always come back to this video. Its just a good all rounder that can be done in half an hr
This was the first DYWM class I took, and it remains one of my very favorites - this practice is always a treat!

great class
A fantastic practice; I too have been coming back to this class many times over the last couple of years. A mix of movement, power, some twists, and all with perfect guidance from Fiji. Thanks!
Super
An absolute fave, a lot accomplished in 30 minutes, challenging but not too...I find myself coming back to this practice time and again. Thanks, Fiji.
I always come back to this class. Been doing it for years. It is just the best bang for buck when it comes to a comprehensive yoga session in half an hour.
This is the first class I did with DYWM - and it got me hooked. I come back to it regularly, it hits all the right notes, brisk pacing, immensely satisfying! TY Tracey🌈
Fantastic
Powerful class. Got me warmed up and breathing strong. I was a little shaky in boat pose, but I made it through the unstable moments and felt great!
Is it just me or do others find themselves going back over and over again to favorite classes. I try new ones all the time but after that I always seem to head back to the ones I love. This is one of those loved ones I do on quicker days. Over and over again.
I agree. I bought this one and do it frequently!

I was just about to say I have no idea how many times I've done this class over the years! Came back to it today for the first time in ages and it still feels amazing. As close to perfect a morning flow as you can get and a stone cold classic among yoga classes :-)
Thirded! I was just now contemplating how many times I've done this class while I enjoyed it, yet again. It's gotta be in the hundreds! I've made myself take breaks from time to time for fear of wearing it out. :) But after all these years, totally still at the very top of my all-time favorites.
Fourthed! This is still one of my all time faves!
