Fiji brings together the power of a vinyasa yoga flow and the deep, restful nature of restorative yoga in this wonderfully vibrant class. She begins slowly, building into a creative sequence filled with openers for the legs, hips, shoulders and back, then slows down again to take advantage of the body's heat by spending more time on deeper stretches, before sinking into sivasana. With the new saving functionality I have been going through the back catalogue to see which practices to save in my collections, and I have found some real gems that I had previously overlooked. This is one of them, what a great practice, slow rhythm and really satisfying flow, I feel really invigorated.
I also really like the soft music in the background, you can barely hear it so it doesn't interfere but it really adds to the calming atmosphere of the class - I found only the older classes have it.
