David guides you through a class that builds gradually toward a final series of deep openers for the quads and psoas muscles, starting and finishing with a guided relaxation.
This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 15 of the Daily Dose 30-Day Intermediate Yoga Challenge.

Exactly what I was hoping for. I am not a runner but have had 12 surgeries on left leg and am on my feet all day at work. My hips are so tight by the end of the day! This is a great class for me, thank you!
My favorite class also! You were and are a life saver during Covid for this 82 year old girl! FYI with the report from my recent bone scan, it states, "mild increased proximal femoral density which is considered statistically significant." And further states "femoral density has statistically significantly since prior study". Only thing I have done differently is become 4 years older and started Do Yoga With Me. Thank you for all your classes, instructors and my suggestion is, continue practicing yoga!! Linda Bogiages
This is my favorite class. Perfect counter to running. One small thing: I think it spends more time on the right side. So I sometimes do the opposite or just linger with the left side stretches. But don't let that keep you from firing up the class. Thank you, David!
LOVE this class!! its really perfect for those of us who walk and sit a lot!! As others have noted, its wonderful to have this Int. class from David :) Also, could be my imagination, but isn't there a missed folded leg/dondasana on the left side right at the end of class? Not that I cared! just FYI
Incredible lesson, I've done it multiple times, intermittently, over multiple years, your hip flexors and joints in your legs feel energized after and I could be thankful enough.

Wonderful class. I've been having a burning sensation in my left hip for some time. It seems to have stopped after this class. Yah!!!
I love all of you classes.
This is a great class. But all of your classes are great. The way you lead us through poses that kept helping us to get to better stretch was great. I was able to do more of the poses that I had a harder time with in other classes.

Love this class. It makes me wonder why it seems easier for me to sit up tall when we are holding our foot, though you say it deepens the stretch. Clearly I'm tight somewhere else. Thanks for these classes David. They were a lifesaver during Covid lockdown and continue to be such a wonderful resource.
