Ron uses beautiful imagery - and a colorful ball - to guide you through this wonderfully challenging flow that focuses on expansion. His teaching style is like no other, full of fantastic analogies and a flow that often feels more like dance than yoga.

I enjoyed this class a lot! I felt very powerful in all the expanding poses. And at the end I could really feel my emotions releasing and flowing.
Thank you so much. That was physically fun and mentally engaging.
Ron, I totally flow with you and smile so often during your class because of the cheerfulness I hear in your voice all the way over here in Germany. And the grace / dancing air in your movement is beautiful to see and aspire to as well. I love practicing with you !
I really tried but I couldn't complete this class. Listening to Ron's loud and difficult breathing made it really challenging for me to focus on my practice. I think DYWM should publish courses in which Ron doesn't appear to be struggling with his own breath. I hope this feedback is received in the right way.
Perhaps you could look at it as an opportunity to reflect on why the noises bother you. As you probably know, yoga is a path towards understanding of self. Learning to tune out distractions in class is generally a good practice that can bleed into all areas of life
thanks a lot Ron, It felt so good! I loved this practice
I sometimes have a bit of inner rebellion during long vinyasa flows but Ron's teaching style and voice somehow makes it a calmer experience for me. I also appreciate the long-ish balance sequence.
Thank you! That was a really good class on a super windy day!
