I've listened to this meditation a number of times, whether when having trouble falling asleep, or after waking up during the middle of the night and lying there wide awake. Sure, I find some of the phrasing a tad cheesy, and sometimes find my mind wandering still, particularly in the longer pauses... but main thing for me is, I still don't know how it ends! Her voice is very soothing, and this gives my brain something to focus on rather than thinking about how I can't sleep (or whatever else!)-- has worked every time so far!
Thanks for the feedback. Our meditations are set up on albums, so they naturally play through to the next track. I'll look into whether this can be changed, though. If not, the track only costs a few dollars if you want to download it - then you have control over it on your own device.

It's a fantastic way to fall asleep but it drives me nuts that I have to get up and stop the next track from automatically playing. Please fix it back to the way it was!
