Thank you for this gem, Fiji. After a hiatus from yoga, this class feels challenging in the best way. Since it's rated "Beginner I" I find myself coming back to it repeatedly... even though it sneaks in a good workout. Love the exploration of these fundamentals with all of the Fiji wisdom and guidance I've come to trust so deeply.
Excellent foundational class. Fiji provides tips and minor adjustments that make all the difference in various poses.
