I found this series of stretches right on for targeting all my tight areas from running. Fiji is an excellent instructor and is very patient in these poses to give us time to advance deep into the stretch. Thank you, Fiji!
Amazing class after running and riding for 20plus years still suffer the consequences from not stretching the hips appropriately I can no longer run but ride.....this was an amazing class I am still very very tight but this class bought much needed relief!
