This is the perfect yoga class to incorporate into my running training program. This is more focused on deep strecht as opposed to hard workout and feels perfect the day after a long run.

I found this series of stretches right on for targeting all my tight areas from running. Fiji is an excellent instructor and is very patient in these poses to give us time to advance deep into the stretch. Thank you, Fiji!

Amazing class after running and riding for 20plus years still suffer the consequences from not stretching the hips appropriately I can no longer run but ride.....this was an amazing class I am still very very tight but this class bought much needed relief!

I tried this class because I am a fan of Fiji's teaching style, and I have used many of her intermediate level classes. As always, her instructions are clear. I spend a lot of time on a road bike, and I really felt crucial muscles opening and becoming more supple. I'll do this class over and over.

Oh my! This class was so challenging, and my stiff overworked muscles and tight fascia are feeling much better. As usual excellent cueing. Original and interesting progressions.

You nailed it, Fiji. As someone who trains MMA and lifts weights, this was a great way to address some nagging stiffness in the hips and lower back. Heck of a workout. Really tested my limits.
